Then I have Line-In (what I think I should be using) it says its working, but no sound can get through. Microphone FP (the fp is front port, as it says in properties, but I don't have any front port so I have no idea what this is). In the Recordings tab of the Sound window in the Vista Control Panal I have 4 options. The headset works fine, just not the mic. I've tried every damn sound option Vista has and I don't know what to do.
They came with the Fatal1ty headset so I thought hey maybe its the headset, nope the old headset didnt' work.
Got this new one a whiel ago and never really had a need to use the mic, I was just starting college and didnt' really have time to play games anyway, so never hoenstly tired it out. NEver had a problem with my microphone and the soundcard.
